摘要
针对我国中部某油田高含蜡(31.60%)、高凝点(37℃)、高黏度原油,考察了原油降凝剂YG-1,YG-2,YG-3,YG-4,YG-5,YG-6,BEM,EVA2503,EVA28/150,EVA2803的降凝降黏性能,筛选出对该原油具有较好适应性的降凝剂YG-1,并考察降凝剂浓度、热处理温度及重复加热对YG-1降凝降黏效果的影响。结果表明,热处理温度65℃时,YG-1浓度50 mg/L下,原油凝点降低了15℃,原油黏度(30℃,50 s-1下测定)由1 770.0 mPa.s降至608.2 mPa.s;重复加热对该原油低温流动性影响较小,降凝剂稳定性较好,能实现原油在当地地温下常温输送。
In view of the high paraffin content(31.60%),high solidifying point(37 ℃) and high viscosity of a crude oil produced at an oil field at central China,a pour point depressant YG-1 that was better suitable for this crude oil was chosen by investigating the pour point depression and viscosity reduction properties of crude oil pour point depressants YG-1,YG-2,YG-3,YG-4,YG-5,YG-6,BEM,EVA2503,EVA28 /150 and EVA2803,and the effects of the concentration of pour point depressant YG-1,the thermal treatment temperature and reheating on the pour point depression and viscosity reduction efficiency of YG-1 was studied.According to the results,the solidifying point of the crude oil was reduced by 15 ℃,and the viscosity of crude oil(determined at 30 ℃ and 50 s-1) was reduced from 1 770.0 mPa.s to 608.2 mPa.s when the temperature was 65 ℃ and the concentration of YG-1 was 50 mg / L,and reheating had little effect on the low temperature fluidity of this crude oil,showing that this pour point depressant was good in stability,and can be used for crude oil transportation at local geothermal temperature.
