谷物稳性原理与计算方法解析

摘要 谷物稳性是船舶装载散装谷物安全性的重要方面。探讨了谷物稳性计算中平舱要求、积载因数、舱容计算3个基本概念,回顾了国际公约对谷物稳性要求的发展历程,介绍了谷物稳性衡准及快速简便的最大许用力矩校核方法。以典型散货船一个满载不平舱的货舱为模型,详细解析了谷物体积移动力矩的计算原理和计算方法,并对几种特殊货舱结构型式的移动力矩计算处理方法进行了探讨。 Grain stability is one of the most important aspects of safety in navigation for bulk grain carriers. The several basic concepts as trimming,stowage facter,capacity calculation and historic background of development for the requirements by international regulations on grain stability were introduced in this paper. Then grain stability criteria required by International Grain Code and the convenient method of maximum allowable grain shift moment were also presented. As the pivot content in this paper ,principles for volumetric shift moment calculation were illustrated thoroughly using the hold configuration of a typical bulk carrier as a physical model. Finally recommended solutions to grain shift moment calculation were discussed for several special cases in view of hold configuration.
