摘要
针对高速公路重特大事故多发、事故致死率高等安全问题,从主动安全、防护安全、安全交通管理、路网监管与服务等层面,开展关键技术研究、软硬件研发。运用实验科学方法开发了吸能式安全防护设施,应用传感网技术和交通流控制理论研发了高速公路安全管理系统及监测设备,运用管理集成技术,研发了高速公路安全信息服务走廊以及路网监测评估与预警模型及系统。示范工程应用结果表明,亿车km事故率和死亡率降幅分别大于30%和60%,事故致死率降幅30%以上。
Aiming at the problems of high serious accident frequency,significant death rate,etc.,this paper studied the key technologies and developed software and hardware from the aspects of active safety,protective safety,safety traffic management,road network management and service,etc.Furthermore,this paper also developed energy-absorption-type safety protection facilities by the experimental science method,investigated a freeway safety management system and its monitoring equipment by utilizing the sensor network technology and the traffic flow control theory,and developed a freeway safety information corridor and a freeway network monitoring and evaluating model and system by using the management integration technology.The data from demonstrations were investigated.The results indicate that the crash rate per 100 million vehicle-kilometers and the death rate decrease by more than 30% and 60% respectively,and the accident fatality rate deceased larger than 30%.
