在城市交通管理中,行人过街时间的设置一直是易被忽视的问题。针对现有人行过街时间计算的有关方法难于应用于SCATS信号控制系统的现实情况,以广州市为例,研究基于SCATS信号控制系统的行人过街时间计算模型和方法。通过实际观测研究,得出了行人过街的集散特性、不同人群的步行速度特点及主要的影响因素。在此基础上,提出了符合SCATS信号控制系统特性的行人过街时间模型和关键参数的计算方法;同时,给出了主要模型参数的参考取值表,以及模型计算结果在SCATS信号控制系统中的使用方法,保证了行人过街时间的科学性和合理性。

In the city traffic management,how to set the pedestrian crossing time is always neglected.To solve the inapplicability of existing calculating method for pedestrian crossing time to SCATS traffic signal control system,taking Guangzhou as an example,this paper developed a pedestrian crossing time model and corresponding calculating method aiming at SCATS traffic signal control system.Through a lot of practical observation and research,this paper obtained such main affecting factors as pedestrian distribution characteristics,and walking speeds of different groups.Then,the paper put forward the pedestrian crossing time model and key parameters calculation method,which fit the characteristics of SCATS.For ensuring the scientificity and rationality of the proposed method,the paper gave the reference value table of main parameters,and the using method of the calculation results in SCATS.
