摘要
城市暴雨天气不仅导致了城市大范围的交通拥堵甚至全路网交通瘫痪,同时还造成了严重的经济损失和人员伤亡。文中通过对比分析降雨导致桥下积水日和正常日天气状况下的快速路浮动车交通流特性,综合考虑积水导致交通拥堵的空间影响范围、积水路段的速度变化和时空分布情况,提出了基于样本量比率和交通流速度变化、速度差三者共同作为积水交通拥堵点段识别指标的方法。该方法可排除GPS受随机因素的干扰,减少积水时段内常发性交通拥堵的影响。并将基于ArcGIS程序应用识别算法与实际情况对比,分析结果表明该算法具有一定的准确性和实用性。
In recent years,the rainstorms in urban area has not only led to traffic congestion in a large scale and even a havoc of the entire network,but also caused severe economic losses and casualties.This paper first comparatively analyzed the traffic flow characteristics of the floating car data(FCD)during the days of flooding under bridge and of the normal weather.Then,the paper comprehensively considered the spatial-temporal distribution of the traffic congestion caused by flooding under bridge,and the speed spatial-temporal variations.Consequently,based on the ratio of FCD samples,the speed variations of traffic flow,and speed difference,this paper proposed the identification indicators and method for the flooded congestion segments.This method could avoid the GPS random interferences and reduce the impact of recurrent traffic congestion in flooding time.Finally,the real world congestion segments were compared with the identification algorithm based on ArcGIS program.The analysis results prove that the algorithm is accurate and applicable.
