摘要
通过对改扩建低等级公路交通事故特征的分析,对交通事故路段分布、形态分布、车型、时间分布,以及现状问题的总结,获得低等级公路的安全特征。在安全特征分析的基础上,制定改扩建低等级公路的改善原则和相应的改善措施。
The characters of traffic accidents are analyzed,and the distribution of accidents sections,types,vehicles and time together with the present issues are summed up on low-grade highways after renovation and expansion in the mountain area.As a result,the traffic safety characters of this kind of roads are obtained.Based on the analysis of safety characters,the relevant disciplines and safety improvement measures are formulated.
