摘要 HIV疫苗的发展艰辛而缓慢.目前,即使是被认为最有效的RV144疫苗,也只能将感染率降低31%[1].本文就HIV疫苗的研究进展和疫苗研制所面临的困难进行综述. 1 HIV疫苗研究现状 HIV疫苗可分为传统疫苗和新型疫苗两大类.传统疫苗包括减毒活疫苗和灭活病毒疫苗.新型疫苗包括DNA疫苗、病毒样颗粒(VLP)疫苗、载体疫苗和蛋白亚单位疫苗等.
