摘要 药物性肝损伤(DILI)是指药物或其代谢产物引起的肝细胞毒性损伤或肝脏对药物及代谢产物的过敏反应所致的疾病.由抗菌药物引起的肝损伤,即为抗菌药物相关性肝损伤.尽管抗菌药物(包括抗结核药物)相关性肝损伤的发生率仅为1/10万～10/10万[1],但它在DILI中的比例是最高的[2-3].虽然美国食品药品管理局(FDA)和欧洲药监局(EMA)均要求抗菌药物上市前应进行肝毒性方面的研究,但由于抗菌药物临床试验的时间相对较短,很多肝毒性只能在长期临床使用中被发现或证实.我们通过查阅国内外文献,对各类抗菌药物引起肝损伤的发生率、发病类型、起病时间、恢复时间以及高危因素等作了简要的综述.
