慢性乙型肝炎患者肌酸激酶重度升高一例 被引量：1

Marked elevation of creatine kinase in chronic hepatitis B patient: report of one case

摘要 患者男,51岁,因'乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性6年,肌酸激酶升高1个月余'于2011年6月22日入住广州市第八人民医院肝病科.患者曾在2005年体检时发现HBsAg阳性、转氨酶升高,定期于广州市第八人民医院门诊复诊并口服护肝降酶药物治疗,但转氨酶仍反复异常,查血清HBV DNA1.82×108 U/mL,遂于2008年3月起服用阿德福韦酯(10 mg/d)抗病毒治疗并按时规律服药.经治疗后于2008年12月9日开始定期检测HBV DNA,结果均低于检测下限(＜500 U/mL).2011年5月发现血清肌酸激酶(CK)进行性升高(5月10日:1727 U/L,6月10日:2152 U/L,6月21日:2745 U/L).
