新时期高职教育中,在专业技能教育不断加强的同时,高职生的思想政治教育也不容忽视。思想政治素质是高职生综合素质的核心和灵魂,也是高职生综合职业素质和能力的重要组成部分,高职教育应坚持专业素质教育与思想政治教育并重的观点,适应新时期国家发展建设对大量高素质综合型职业人才的需求。

In new period,the ideological and political education should not be ignored in the higher vocational education while the professional skill education is continuously strengthened.The ideological and political quality is the core and soul of the comprehensive quality of higher vocational students,and it is also an important component of students' vocational quality and ability.The higher vocational education should insist on the concept of paying equal attention to the two kinds of education(quality education and political education) in order to meet the demand of a large number of high-quality,comprehensive and professional talented persons in the new period of national development and construction.
