以提升职业能力为目标的高职工程造价专业实践教学模式探讨

Discuss on practical teaching mode of engineering cost specialty in higher vocational education aimed at promoting students' vocational ability

高等职业技术院校承担着为地方培养应用型人才和服务社会的职能,因此,必须实现从学历教育到能力本位的战略转移,在教育观念和教学过程中,应更加注重提高学生的职业能力。本文以工程造价专业为例,从培养学生职业能力存在的问题和行业对技能型人才的需求情况进行分析,提出高职院校工程造价专业应以实践教学为主导,以扩大校企合作领域为切入点,构建以提升学生职业能力为目标的教学模式。

The higher vocational and technical academies play the roles of cultivating applied talents for their localities and serving the society,therefore,they must implement the strategic transfer from degree education to the ability-oriented education and pay more attention to improve students' vocational ability in the educational concept and teaching process.Taking the engineering cost specialty as an example,this paper analyzes the problems in cultivating students' vocational ability and the situation of industry demand for skilled-personnel,then proposes that the engineering cost specialties in higher vocational education should take the practice teaching as the leading and take the expansion of school-enterprise cooperation areas as the breakthrough point in order to build up a teaching mode that arms at promoting students' occupational ability.
