摘要 目的研究大蒜素对人红白血病K562细胞增殖的影响。方法用不同浓度的大蒜素处理对数生长期的K562细胞,通过形态学观察、瑞氏染色、MTT比色法,观察大蒜素对K562细胞增殖的影响。结果 562细胞在大蒜素作用后,出现凋亡的形态学改变;MTT比色法测定显示大蒜素能明显抑制K562细胞的增殖,并且抑制率随浓度增加和作用时间延长而升高。结论大蒜素对K562细胞有明显的增殖抑制作用。 Objective To observe the effects of allicin on proliferation of human erythroleukemia cell line K562 cells.Methods K562 cells of exponential phase were incubated with allicin in different concentrations in vitro,K562 cells proliferation inhibition was detected by the methods of morphologic observation,auspicious dye and MTT colorimetric assay.Results K562 cells showed morphologic changes of apoptosis induced by allicin;MTT colorimetric assay revealed that the proliferation of K562 cells was significantly inhibited by allicin in dose and time dependent manner.Conclusion The allicin inhibited the growth of K562 cells.
