简述了项目风险的主要特点和开展项目风险管理的意义,结合国家近几年发布的HSE相关法规及标准,诠释了项目HSE管理的新发展和新要求,并概要说明了如何采用基于风险的理念进行项目前期、设计过程和施工现场的项目HSE管理。
This paper briefly outlines the main characteristics of project risks and the significance of carrying out project risk management.Combining with the laws and regulations and standards issued by the country in recent years which are related to HSE,the paper expatiates on the new development and requirements of project HSE management.It also illuminates how to carry out project HSE management in the prophase of the project,design process and construction site.
