摘要
经济利益驱动下频繁发生的不法分子打孔盗油现象,已严重威胁到输油管道的正常运营,盗油孔缺陷焊接修复产生的应力及缺陷修复方法的选用对输油管道长期平稳运行产生重要影响。为掌握管道盗油孔焊接修复后应力变化情况,并合理地选择缺陷修复方法,通过模拟盗油孔管道应力分布,分析焊接以及应力集中对管道强度造成的影响,采用有限元方法计算出不同缺陷修复方法下管道的应力变化,得出相对最优的盗油孔缺陷修复方法,为管道的安全运行提供了依据。
Driven by economic interests,lawbreakers frequently punch orifice to steal oil,which has been a serious threat to the normal production of pipelines.Stress caused by welding repairing of the oil-stolen orifice defects and the selection of defects repair methods may have an important impact on the long stable operation of the oil pipelines.In order to grasp the stress change after the welding repair of the pipeline oil-stolen orifice and select defects repair methods reasonably,the paper analyzes the impact of welding and stress concentration on pipeline strength through simulating the stress distribution on the pipeline with oil-stolen orifices.It adopts finite element method to calculate the stress change of the pipeline with different defects repair methods.And the comparatively optimal defects repair method for the oil-stolen orifice is found,which provides a basis for the safe operation of the pipeline.
