介绍了催化裂化装置从装置开工全面大检查到提升管反应器喷油、调整操作的全部过程,并进行危险源辨识,对开工全过程的每一步骤,均进行了安全确认,以消除安全隐患。同时,进一步完善了装置开工方案,使装置实现了安全平稳开工。

This paper presents the whole process of FCC unit from overall check-up before start-up to improving tube reactor fuel injection and adjusting operation.It carries out hazard identification and safety confirmation for each step of the start-up process.Hidden dangers are eliminated and the start-up plan for the unit is further improved,which helps to realize the safe and smooth start-up of the unit.
