摘要
分析了加油站钢制埋地油罐机械化清洗作业过程中的危害因素及安全风险,从工艺安全、设备设施安全及防火防爆、防中毒、窒息等方面,提出了机械化清洗的安全防范措施,适用于加油站埋地油罐的机械化清洗。
This paper analyzes the hazard factors and safety risks of steel sunken tanks at gas stations in the process of mechanical purging.It puts forward security measures for mechanical purging from such aspects as process safety,equipment safety,fire and explosion prevention,poisoning and asphyxia prevention.These measures are suitable for the mechanical purging of sunken tanks at gas stations.
