摘要
危险与可操作分析(HAZOP)是目前过程工业应用最为广泛的系统安全评价方法之一。近年来有关HAZOP分析技术发展及应用的研究报道日益增多。从HAZOP计算机辅助分析和定量分析技术的发展方面,阐述了HAZOP分析技术的发展趋势,并对其在石油化工、事故调查和安全教育等方面的应用效果进行了综述。最后从制定HAZOP分析技术规范,加强知识库构建和Petri网应用,加强适宜中小企业应用的HAZOP分析工具开发和建立HAZOP关键技术人员本土化培养体系等方面提出了建议措施。
Hazard and operability ( HAZOP) method is one of the most widely used among Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) techniques. In recent years,studies and reports about HAZOP analysis technology and application has been increased. This paper elaborates on the HAZOP analysis technology trends from the development of the HAZOP computer-aided analysis and quantitative analysis techniques and its applications in petrochemical,accident investigation and safety education effects. In the end,the paper proposes some suggestions and measures from such aspects as setting down HAZOP analysis technology standard,enhancing the establishment of knowledge base and the application Petri nets,strengthening the development of appropriate HAZOP analysis tools for the small and medium-sized enterprises and constituting training system for the localization of key HAZOP technicians.
