摘要
海洋平台电气设备较多,存在大量烃类物质,一旦可燃气体聚集到一定浓度,极易发生爆炸,对人们的生命安全和平台正常生产都是不安定因素。为了保证操作人员和生产设施的安全,针对海洋平台可燃气体泄漏探测相对困难的问题,通过对不同类型可燃气体探测器探测机理的分析,提出了一种可燃气体泄漏探测的综合解决方案,并在工程项目中进行具体的应用。
There are many types of electrical equipments and hydrocarbons on the offshore platform. Once combustible gas gathers in certain concentration,explosion will easily occur,which is an unrestful factor for the safety of people and normal production of the platform. In order to ensure the safety of the operating personnel and facilities on the platform, this paper presents an integrated solution to detect combustible gas through analysis on the different detection principles and characteristics of the detectors according to the difficulty of combustible gas leakage detection. Finally,the integrated solution is applied to concrete engineering project.
