摘要
作为一种经济、有效、环保的运输方式,长输天然气管道在天然气运输中具有独特的优势,但腐蚀泄漏是长输天然气管道主要的失效模式。简单阐述了腐蚀机理及危害,介绍了国际上常用的长输天然气管道非开挖检测技术。现场选用国际上最先进的管道外检测技术c-scan对一长输管道进行非开挖检测,并对发现问题进行分析后选用碳纤维复合材料补强技术进行修复,通过现场检验案例验证了检验和修复技术的有效性和可行性。
As an economic,efficient and environmental-friendly transportation mode,long-distance natural gas pipeline has its unique advantages. And corrosion leakage is considered to be the main failure mode of long-distance natural gas pipeline. This paper briefly introduces the harms and mechanism of pipeline corrosion,as well as the trenchless inspection technology of long-distance natural gas pipeline which is widely used in the world. As the most advanced external pipeline inspection technology,c-scan is used as a trenchless inspection of a certain natural gas pipeline. The inspection results are discussed and then the carbon fiber-based composites have been chosen to repair the corrosion part. The validity and feasibility of the cscan inspection and repair technology are verified through site test samples.
