基于空间模型的生产性服务业集聚与经济增长关系研究

The Relationship between the Producer Services Agglomeration and Economic Growth Based on the Spatial Analysis

应用生产函数以及空间计量模型,实证分析了我国2009—2011年生产性服务业集聚与经济增长的关系。结果显示:各经济指标存在显著的空间集聚特征;生产性服务业对经济增长的拉动作用明显,在省域上呈现出较强的经济资源竞争关系,在空间溢出效应方面,商务业与交通运输业对经济增长的正向溢出效应显著,而信息业有较弱的负向溢出效应。政府应关注生产性服务业空间集聚对经济增长的各项影响,加大知识创新以提升该行业效率,增强生产性服务业经济溢出的转化能力,拓展生产性服务业应用领域以及加强区域经济合作等。

Based on the production function and the spatial econometric model,the paper analyzed the relationship between the producer services agglomeration and economic growth in China from year 2009 to year 2011. The results show that: 1) all research indicators show some significant spatial agglomeration features. 2) the producer services have an important effect on boosting economic growth but there exists a strong economic resource competition among provinces in China. 3) the spatial spillover effects of business service industry and transportation service industry other than that of information service industry promote the local economic growth. Policy-making efforts should be made to encourage the development of producer services to match with the regional economic development mode upgrade,create the innovation ability to improve efficiency in the producer services industry,strengthen the economic spillover of productive service industry transformation ability construction and expand its application areas.
