摘要
用连铸式液态电渣浇注技术生产45#号钢,探讨了直径为1 000 mm圆形铸锭表面质量的影响因素.实验结果表明:合适的钢水浇注温度(1 606℃);较高电压(80 V)和稳定的电流(18 kA);使用专用预熔渣;均匀稳定、适量的二次冷却控制;始终稳定的抽锭速度(8~10 mm/min)都是钢锭获得良好的表面质量比较重要的影响因素.
The effect factors for the surface quality of 1 000 mm ingot of steel 45 # produced by electroslag continuous casting liquid metal(ESCCLM) were researched in this experiment.The results showed that the important effect factors for getting a better surface quality of the ingot were an appropriate casting temperature(1 606 ℃),a proper voltage(80 V) and a steady current(18 kA),while a special premelted slag,an uniform and an appropriate secondary cooling control and a steady withdrawing speed(8 ~ 10mm /min) are also important factors.
