摘要 采用具有减振功能的镗杆是解决深孔加工颤振的有效的技术途径.针对镗杆的减震问题,本文采用有限元软件ABAQUS计算了45#钢镗杆和新型抗振复合镗杆模态参数和固有振型.通过仿真分析计算发现:45#钢镗杆和复合镗杆的一阶模态分别为701.82和808.34,新型减震复合镗杆杆体固有频率比传统镗杆的固有频率有所提高.该计算为复合镗杆设计时避开固有频率或者最大限度地减少对这些频率的激励提供参考依据. Adopting damping boring bar is an efficient method to eliminate the chatter in the process of deep hole boring.Aiming at the damping boring bar,ABAQUS soft was used to calculate the modal parameters and the Natural Frequency of 45# steel boring bar and composite boring bar.The results showed that the first models of 45# steel and composite boring bars are 701.82 and 808.34,respectively.The Natural Frequency of composite boring bar is higher than that of traditional boring bar.The simulation provides some references for the design of composite boring bar to avoid Natural Frequency or decrease the frequency excitation as much as possible.
