鬼针草提取物对去势所致的干眼症雄兔泪液分泌影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察鬼针草提取物对去势所致的干眼症雄兔基础泪液分泌量、角膜荧光素染色(FI)、泪膜破膜时间(BUT)的影响。方法将新西兰雄性大白兔随机分为3组:空白组(A组)、模型组(B组)、鬼针草提取物治疗组(C组)。B、C组采用雄激素去势术建立动物模型,C组以鬼针草提取物连续灌胃。对在造模前及造模后分别行角膜FI,BUT测定、基础泪液分泌量SchirmerⅠ试验。结果 (1)基础泪液分泌量:B组造模后1周泪流量明显减少(P<0.05),C组造模后1~3周基础泪液分泌量明显增加(P<0.05),造模后4~5周与造模前相比无显著性差异,C组各时段基础泪液分泌量较B组明显增加(P<0.05);(2)角膜FI:B组造模后3周角膜FI无显著性差异,其余时段角膜FI增加(P<0.05),C组角膜FI在各时段无显著性差异;(3)BUT:B组造模后1~2周BUT与造模前减少不明显,3~6周BUT与造模前相比明显减少(P<0.05);C组在造模后1周BUT稍延长,无显著性差异,2~5周明显延长(P<0.05);B组于2~6周,BUT明显减少,C组BUT增加或维持不变,2组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论鬼针草提取物中主要成分为黄酮类物质,可抑制雄激素水平降低后兔干眼症的发生。 Objective To observe the effects of bidens pilosa extracts on the basic tear secretion,corneal fluorescein staining(FI),breakup time of tear film(BUT) in the dry eyes induced by castration in the male rabbits.Methods New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group(A),model group(B),bidens pilosa extract treatment group(C).Group B and C received androgen deprivation to establish castration animal model.Group C received intragastric infusion of bidens bipinnata.The basic tear secretion,corneal FI and BUT were determined before and after the establishment of the castration model.Results(1) tear flow: from the first week after the establishment of castration model,the tear flow in the animals in group B was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The tear flow was significantly higher from the first to the third week after the establishment of castration model than before in group C.The tear flow in group C was significantly higher than that in group B at every detecting time point(P < 0.05).(2) corneal FI: the corneal FI showed significant increase from the fourth week after the establishment of castration model in group B(P<0.05),while showing no significant difference in group C.(3) BUT: The level of BUT showed significant decrease from the third week after the establishment of castration model(P< 0.05).BUT in group C was significantly higher than that in group B from the second week to the sixth week after the establishment of castration model(P<0.05 ). Conclusions The main component of bidens bipinnata is flavonoids,which could significantly inhibit dry eye induced by castration in the male rabbits.
