胃超声造影对老年人胃疾病临床诊断的价值

Study on the gastric ultrasound contrast used in the diagnosis of gastric diseases in the elderly

目的探讨胃充盈超声造影检查在老年人胃疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法收集我院2009年5月至2012年12月经过胃镜活检、手术病理证实的40例胃疾病患者,对其超声检查特点进行分析。结果超声诊断胃疾病与病理学诊断符合率为92.5%,在40例胃壁病变中,胃充盈常规超声检查诊断胃溃疡17例,胃癌11例,间质瘤8例,胃淋巴瘤4例,其声像图表现有一定的声学特征。结论胃充盈常规超声检查发现胃壁病变敏感性高,对胃溃疡、胃癌、胃间质瘤等有一定的诊断价值,可为老年人胃疾病的诊断提供重要信息。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of gastric filling ultrasound contrast in the diagnosis of gastric diseases in the elderly.Methods Forty elderly patients with pathologically confirmed gastric diseases from May 2009 to December 2012 were enrolled in this study.All patients received gastric filling ultrasound contrast.The characteristics of the gastric diseases in gastric ultrasound contrast were analyzed.Results The coincidence rate of gastric ultrasound with pathology was 92.5%.Seventeen cases of gastric ulcer,11 cases of gastric cancer,8 cases of stromal tumors and 4 cases of lymphoma were correctly diagnosed by gastric ultrasound.Conclusions Gastric ultrasound contrast is sensitive to gastric lesions,and has very high value in diagnosing gastric ulcer,gastric cancer and gastric stromal tumors.
