摘要
从银杏的根,茎,叶,叶柄中分离到16株内生菌。其中主根中占6.25%,侧根中占25%,茎中占6.25%,叶中占25%,叶柄中占37.5%,说明内生菌在植物体中的分布具有一定的组织特异性。利用经典的形态学和生理生化实验在对其的鉴定中发现这16株内生菌分别属于产孢粘细菌属(Myxobacteriaceae),假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas),革兰氏阳性球菌属(G+spherobacterium)芽孢菌属(Bacillus),土壤杆菌属(Agrobacterium),而其他菌属的菌株均未发现,说明在植物体中内生菌具有一定的种属特异性。
Sixteen strains were gotten from the root,caulis,leaves and the petiole of ginkgo biloba L and the endophytes in main root occupied 6.25%,in the side root they occupied 25%,in the caulis they occupied 6.25%,in the leaves they occupied 25% and the endophytes in the petiole occupied 37.5% of the total strains.It showed that the distribution of the endophytes in the plant varied with different tissues.In the identifying of the strains by the classical morphology and the experiment of physiology and biochemistry,we can see that these sixteen strains were Myxobacteriaceae,Pseudomonas,G+ spherobacterium,Bacillus,Agrobacterium respectively and we didn't find the other strains which were without these five genera,so it showed that the endophytes in the plant were limited in several genera and species.
