摘要
本文采用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法研究方法,对长期坚持"龟鹤拳"练习对体质的影响进行跟踪研究。在2009-2012三年中对实验组和对照组进行了两次测试及数据对比分析。测试结果显示:除了反应时指标外其他各项指标都明显优于对照组;并且提示:长期坚持"龟鹤拳"练习对心肺功能有很好的提高作用,对中年女性体质有良好的维持和提高作用。
The author carries out a follow-up study on the effect of persistent practice of Guihe Quan on physical health in the three years from 2009 to 2012. Results show that most indexes appear better in experimental group than in control group. It is indicated that persistent practice of Guihe Quan is beneficial to the improvement of the function of heart and lung and is helpful to preserve and improve the physique of middle-aged women.
