摘要
为促进体育公共产品事业健康、持续地发展,本文通过文献资料分析法、逻辑分析法、系统分析法等综合探讨了体育公共产品产权的相关问题。在对体育公共产品产权概念进行梳理的基础之上,探讨了体育公共产品产权的制度和属性,提出明确界定体育公共产品产权。
In order to promote the sports public products to develop healthily and sustainably, this article comprehensively discusses related issues about sports public goods property with the methods of literature analysis, logic analysis, system analysis. On the basis of combing the concepts of sports public goods property rights, this article discusses the system of sports public goods property and its nature, and put forward that property rights of sports public products should be defined.
