摘要
通过对近10年来国内关于太极拳锻炼对中老年人健身作用的相关文献,进行研究分析,得出以下结论:(1)长期进行太极拳锻炼的中老年人在心血管系统、免疫系统、神经系统、心肺功能、平衡能力、心理健康等方面均有明显改善;(2)对于太极拳科学锻炼的指导研究和不同太极拳流派对于中老年人健康作用研究,有待于进一步加强。
Analyzing the domestic related literature of the functions of taijiquan on the elderly fitness in the nearly decade, the article concludes it as the following. Firstly, for the aged who have taken the long-term taijiquan exercise, their cardiovascular system, immune system, nervous system and heart and lung function, balance ability, psychological health have improved significantly. Secondly, the research of the guidance on taking tajiquan exercise scientifically and the research of the functions of different taijiquan sects to the elderly health effects remain to be further strengthened.
