摘要
文章采用文献资料法,分析了女性生理、心理特点以及适合其特点的运动项目类型;概括总结了太极拳锻炼对女性的身心健康功效。提出太极拳的健心功效以降低抑郁、焦虑、紧张水平等负性情绪为主,对于职业女性提升幸福感的研究未见报道。
With the method of literature material analysis, the article analyses the women's physiological and psychological characteristics and sports events suitable to their characteristics; and summarizes the effect of Taijiquan exercise on women's physical and mental health. It put forward that the heart function of Tai chi health is reducing the negative emotions such as depression, anxiety, tension level, improving professional women's subjective well-being has not been reported.
