郑州地区高职院校开设瑜伽课程的可行性研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对郑州地区高职院校开设瑜伽课程的调查,发现在郑州地区高职院校开设瑜伽课程较少,但在校外学生参与瑜伽练习比较广泛,其关键因素是缺乏瑜伽运动专业技术教师。建议:通过贯彻素质教育理念,开拓体育与健康教育领域;加强瑜伽运动师资结构队伍建设;充分利用和完善场地教学设备;加强宣传、推广瑜伽运动,充分发挥学生的主体性等措施,推动瑜伽运动在高职院校的快速发展。高职院校开展和推广瑜伽运动不仅能够促进学生身心全面健康发展,培养学生的健康观念,使学生养成"终身体育"的健康生活方式;而且能够拓展体育与健康课程教学领域,符合体育教学改革的发展方向,充分体现了"以人为本,健康第一"素质教育理念。 By the survey of setting yoga curriculum in higher vocational colleges in Zhengzhou, we find that there are few higher vocational colleges in Zhengzhou setting yoga curriculum, but outside school students participate in yoga practice more widely. The key factor is the lack of professional yoga teachers. Suggestions: by the implementation of quality education concept to develop field of physical education and health education; srengthening yoga teachers team construction; making full use of and perfecting the field teaching equipment; strengthening the propaganda, the promotion of yoga practices, giving full play to the students' subjectivity to promote yoga movement to develop rapidly in higher vocational colleges. To carry out and promote yoga exercise in higher vocational colleges can not only promote students' overall health of body and mind development, cultivate the students' healthy idea, make students form the healthy lifestyle of 'lifetime sports'; but also can expand sports and health course teaching, accord with the developing direction of physical education teaching reform, fully embody the 'people-oriented, health first' quality education concept.
