摘要
运用文献资料法、观察法等,对女大学生心理问题的成因进行了分析,对太极拳练习对女大学生心理健康的影响进行了探讨,太极拳锻炼不仅能够发展身体素质,还能够提高女大学生的个人修养,增加其人格魅力,扩大其社交范围等。
With the methods of literature,observation and so on,this article analyses the causes of female college students' psychological problems,and discusses the influence of Tai chi chuan exercise on female college students' mental health.The effect of Tai chi chuan exercise not only can develop female college students' physical quality,but also can improve their personal cultivation,increase their personality charm and expand the scope of their social contact,etc.
