苯乙烯是一种具有重要应用价值的化工原料,综述了国内苯乙烯生产工艺技术和应用研究的新进展。截止2010年,据统计国内30家企业,其苯乙烯总产能约达571.9万t/a,拟新建13个装置项目中,合计产能约为279万t/a,2008年我国的进口依存度为57.4%。另外,对近年国内外提出的一些最新工艺技术和苯乙烯系新产品也工作了特别介绍,它们包括乙苯脱氢、环氧丙烷/丙乙烯联产法、乙烷制取苯乙烯新路线以及苯乙烯氧化物、苯乙烯制肉桂酸等。2010年,全球对苯乙烯的供/需量分别为3786万t和3003万t.预计,到2013年供过于求量将会达到250万t/a,由于中东苯乙烯产品的大量出口,国际市场竞争将会更加激烈。

Styrene is an important chemical material, having high potential for practical applications. The new progress on the production technology and application study of styrene are introduced. They involve ethylbenzene dehydrogention method, propylene oxide-styrene (PO/SM) production method, fresh route ethane-ethylbenzene together with methanol sidelink alkylation course, etc. In home, the total production capacity of styrene will be run to 6.0 million tons/a in 2010 and supply of styrene will maimly meet the demand. The import depend degree of styrene was 57.4% in 2008. Reference 30 producers of styrene statistics(cutoff 2010). The total production capacity of styrene was 5.719 million tons/a, with new building apparatus are attainment 2.79 million tons/a. The global production capacity of styrene was 37.86 million tons per year, and the consumption was 30.03 million tons in 2010. It is forecasted the styrene oversupply will be achieve 2.5 million tons/a in 2013.
