醋酸脱轻塔汽液平衡与塔板流体力学计算

摘要 介绍了醋酸脱轻塔汽液平衡与塔板流体力学计算,通过NRTL与Hayden-O'Connell方程对非理想缔合体系的汽(液)-液平衡的计算模拟与实际算例,计算出醋酸精馏体系的汽液平衡与液液平衡、焓差和密度,对醋酸的生产具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。 The vapor-liquid phase equilibrium and fluid mechanics on column trays of acetic acid light ends column have been introduced.Calculated and simulated the Vapor(liquid)-liquid phase equilibrium of nonideal association system with the NRTL and Hayden-O'Connell equation,the conclusion of Vapor-liquid phase equilibrium,liquid-liquid phase equilibrium,enthalpy difference and density of acetic acid rectification system have been made.The conclusion is an important guidance and reference to the production of acetic acid.
