The vapor-liquid phase equilibrium and fluid mechanics on column trays of acetic acid light ends column have been introduced.Calculated and simulated the Vapor(liquid)-liquid phase equilibrium of nonideal association system with the NRTL and Hayden-O'Connell equation,the conclusion of Vapor-liquid phase equilibrium,liquid-liquid phase equilibrium,enthalpy difference and density of acetic acid rectification system have been made.The conclusion is an important guidance and reference to the production of acetic acid.
