摘要
建立了紫外检测器与荧光检测器串联HPLC法测定沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂中的沙美特罗和丙酸氟替卡松的含量。采用C18色谱柱;以甲醇-乙腈-0.05mol/L乙酸铵溶液(30:30:40)为流动相;沙美特罗采用荧光检测器,激发波长344nm,发射波长441nm;丙酸氟替卡松采用紫外检测器,检测波长239nm。沙美特罗和丙酸氟替卡松分别在4.00~499.98ng和7.94~993.40ng进样量范围内,进样量与峰面积线性关系良好;回收率为100.2%和99.8%。
A HPLC method was established with UV detector and fluorescence detector combination for the determination content of Salmeterol and Fluticasone Propionate in Salemeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for nhalation by combining by using C18 as chromatographic column,and ethanol-acetonitrile-0.05mol/L ammonium acetate solution(30:30:40) as mobile phase.The excitation wavelength was 344nm,and emission wavelength was 441nm for Salmeterol with fluorescence detector,while the detection wavelength was 239nm for Fluticase Propionate with UV detector.The calibration curves for Salmeterol and Fluticasone Propionate were linear in the concentration ranges of 4.00??499.98ng and 7.94??993.40ng respectively.The recovery rate was 100.2% and 99.8% for Salmeterol and Fluticasone Propionate.
