水相清洁法合成硬脂酸钙工业化的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了硬脂酸与生石灰在催化剂作用下,于水相中合成硬脂酸钙的大生产工艺,并在生产过程中不断总结,优化原料配方及工艺过程,很好地控制了合成过程的溶胀过程,采取了一系列节能降耗措施,最终取得了产品质量优良,品质更为纯净的硬脂酸钙。合成母液完全循环使用,实现了清洁化生产,稳定运行无排放,原料成本和能耗皆低于复分解法。 This article reports a new method to get the product clacium stearate reacted from stearate and calcium oxide over the catalyst under the aqueous phase.Many tests were taken to perfect the process by changing the mixture ratio and the technological parameters.This novel method controled the process of swelling to a certain extent and took a series of measures to save energy.With the effect of these,the quality of product was very well and product was pure.The liquid got from last manufacture could be used ceaseless.So the process was a cleaner production.Compared to decomposition,the cost of materials and energy were less in the new method.
