摘要
聚酯(PET)具有良好的物理性能、耐摩擦、绝缘性好、冲击强度高、尺寸稳定性好、吸湿性小、电性能好、耐溶剂等优点。但是,和大多数高分子材料一样,PET具有可燃性,氧指数较低等弱点。另外,随着环保要求的不断提升。因此,研究开发环保型阻燃聚酯受到了广泛的关注。而含磷阻燃剂在高温时形成具有P=O和P-O或P-H等形式的小分子物质挥发至气相中以起阻燃作用,且对环境无污染。文中对近几年环保型阻燃聚酯的研究种类以及其阻燃机理进行了详细的综述和分析。
It was possessed the advantages of the favorable physical properties、rub resistance、high insulating、high impact strength、good dimension stability、low hygroscopicity、favorable electrical properties and solvent-resistance of the polyester.But it was occupied the weakness of the flammability and low oxygen index same as other polymers.Therefore,it was subjected of extensive attention to research and exploit the environmental friendly flame-retardant polyester along with the enhancement of the environmental requirements.It was formed the small molecule substance modes that contained P=O、P-O and P-H to produce fire retardation by volatilizing to the gas-phase on the high-temperature of the phosphorus-containing flame retardant.It was reviewed the species of the environmental friendly flame-retardant polyester,and analyzed the flame retardant mechanism of the environmental friendly flame-retardant polyester in this article.
