摘要
2011年版《国家基本公共卫生服务规范》在2009年版的基础上,不仅人均服务经费标准提高了,而且扩大了服务对象,增加了服务项目和服务内容。《健康教育服务规范》作为《国家基本公共卫生服务规范》其中一项,主要由社区卫生服务中心或乡镇卫生院负责组织实施,以社区为健康教育的基本单位来开展健康教育工作,在实施过程中应注重全民性、针对性、知识性、指导性、参与性策略。
On the basis of the 2009 version,National Basic Public Health Service Standard of 2011 has not only increased the per capita funding of service standard,but also enlarged the service objects and increased the projects and contends of service.As one of the service contents,Health Education Service Norm will be implemented by the community health centers or township hospitals.With the community as the basic unit of health education to carry out health education,great attention should be paid to the national,targeted,informative,instructive and participatory strategies in the implementation process.
