医科院校开展“全民健康科普体验日”活动的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis on the Activity of Experience Day for Health Popularization among All Citizens in Medical Colleges

随着中国经济社会的发展和疾病谱的改变,公众对健康知识的需求不断增加。如何普及健康知识,并且形成科普长效运行机制以提高大众的健康水平,提升国民的健康素质水平和加强健康科普能力建设成了当前亟待解决的问题。为此,重庆医科大学公共卫生与管理学院提出了医科院校开展"全民健康科普体验日"活动的设想,以便建立健康科普长效运行机制和加强健康科普能力建设,并且从政策法规保障、政府部门支持、医科院校的资源优势、专业教师及专家科普队伍的人才优势、学生社团的特殊性和人文优势、医学院校的自身魅力等方面论证了其可行性。同时又以重庆医科大学成功举行两届"全民健康科普体验日"活动为例,介绍了活动实施概况,进一步论证了活动的可行性。

With the development of economy and society in China and the change of disease spectrum,people's demand is increasing for the popularization of health knowledge.It becomes an urgent issue how to communicate health knowledge among people with the purpose of engendering a long-term operational mechanism to improve people's health level,to promote their health quality and to strengthen the ability of health popularization.For this purpose,an assumption of Experience Day for Health Popularization among All Citizens in medical colleges was put forward by School of Public and Management in Chongqing Medical University.Its feasibility was demonstrated in these aspects:the insurance of polities and laws,the government's supports,resource advantages of medical colleges,the talent advantages of professional teachers and specialists in the field of health popularization,the specialty and human culture of students' societies,and the charm of medical colleges themselves etc.Simultaneously,taking for example the first and second successful activities in Chongqing Medical University,it introduced the practical profile of the activity,which further testified its feasibility.
