预防艾滋病巡讲培训的健康教育效果快速评估

The Rapid Assessment on Health Education Effect of Tour Speaking Training about Prevention against AIDS

目的在工矿企业职工中普及艾滋病知识并评价巡讲培训的健康教育效果。方法采取随机整群抽样的方法,在35场巡讲培训中随机抽取7场共1,006名企业职工作为调查对象。采用巡讲培训集中教学的方式,并于培训前后分别进行问卷调查,快速评价培训的健康教育效果。结果培训前,工矿企业职工艾滋病知识的总知晓率为86.1%;培训后,艾滋病知识的总知晓率为98.6%,差异有统计学意义。10个问题中有7个问题培训后的正确回答率高于培训前。职工艾滋病知识主要从电视、社区或单位宣传活动、免费宣传材料等途径获得。结论采取内容精简并利用多种教学手段传播艾滋病防治核心信息的短时培训效果明显。

Objective To popularize AIDS knowledge in industrial and mining enterprises workers and evaluate training health education effect.Methods By random cluster sampling method,1,006 enterprise staff were chosen as the research subjects in seven lectures from the 35 training lectures randomly.Focus teaching way was taken in the tour speaking training,and questionnaire survey was carried out before and after the training.Rapid assessment was made on the training effect of health education.Results The overall AIDS knowledge rate was 86.1% of mining enterprise workers before training.After the training,that reached 98.6%.The difference had statistical significance.The correct answer rate of seven questions in ten is higher after training than that before training.The workers' AIDS knowledge sources mainly came from TV,community or unit propaganda activities,and free publicity materials.Conclusion It is effective to take short-term training with the downsizing content and various teaching methods to spread core information of HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
