摘要
随着社会的发展,亚健康状态对人类健康的威胁日趋严重,相对于现代医学,中医药在亚健康防治方面具有独特的优势。本文就亚健康人群现状、中医药防治亚健康的优势及其临床进展等方面做一综述与探讨。
With the development of the society,the threat of the sub-health state to human health is becoming more and more serious.Compared with modern medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of sub-health.In this paper,the author summarized and discussed about sub-health population status quo,the advantages and clinical progression of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of sub-health.
