Study on the Physical and Mental Characteristics of Elderly People and the Health Education Strategies

本文探讨了针对老年人的健康教育策略,认为应依据老年期的生理和心理特点,从健康的"四大基石"(合理膳食、适量运动、戒烟限酒、心理平衡)入手,使其了解和掌握相关常识、技能以及常见病和多发病的预防,并通过大众传媒、人际传播、阵地宣传、资料传播等多种途径进行健康教育。

In this paper,health education strategies of elderly people are explored.Based on elderly people’s physical and mental characteristics,professionals should make them master the basic knowledge,techniques and prevention ways about common diseases and popular diseases through the four basic principles of healthy life (balanced nutrition,proper physical exercises,smoking and alcohol limitation,and healthy mental status).Health education should be carried out through various approaches,such as popular media,interpersonal communication,position publicity,and material spread.
