针刺足少阳胆经治疗脂肪肝的效果研究

A Study of the Treatment Effects of Acupuncture Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian of Foot on Fatty Liver

目的为证实针刺足少阳胆经治疗脂肪肝的有效性。方法研究采用随机原则,对40例脂肪肝患者进行针刺足少阳胆经的治疗,同时设40例患者口服强肝胶囊作为对照组,治疗周期为10周。从临床症状、B超描述方面的改善情况进行对比。结果腹胀与乏力方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),胁痛方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);B超描述方面,治疗组优于对照组;尤其是在肝脏肿大方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针刺足少阳胆经治疗脂肪肝的临床效果明显,值得推荐。

Objective To prove that acupuncture Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian of Foot can treat fatty liver effectively. Methods Two groups of the subjects were given different treatments by random. 40 patients with fatty liver disease were given acupuncture, and the other 40 patients took Qianggan Capsules. Change of Ultrasound and symptoms and signs were observed in all patients. Results In terms of pain, the cured and effective rate of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). In terms of swelling and fatigue, the cured and effective rate of the treatment group was also better than that of control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05). In term of ultrasonic, the acupuncture treatment group is better than the control group。Especially in term of hepatosplenomegaly, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01). Conculsion Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian of Foot to treat Fatty Liver is feasible for acupuncture , and which is worth of recommending.
