摘要
目的了解上海市闸北区社区健康咨询服务点的运行情况,为以后完善咨询点工作提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,调查员上门调查咨询点的负责人,并现场查看设备、设施,了解咨询点的软、硬件配备、运行情况等。结果闸北区实际运行的184家咨询点中,77.72%设立在居委会中,65.76%没有专用房屋;61.96%配备了资料架,65.76%发放免费资料;咨询员以健康促进志愿者为主,医生仅占9.24%。咨询点提供的服务以测量血压、医学咨询为主。结论咨询点工作受到部分居民欢迎,但是若要保证其健康发展,需要进一步完善制度,加强人、财、物等方面的政策支持,统筹各种社会力量,发挥其在公共卫生预防方面的作用。
Objective To study community health counseling spots' operation,and to provide evidence for the development of community health counseling spots.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on basic situation of counseling spot and the hardware units,the human resource.Results In all 184 health counseling spots,77.72% of them were located in the residential committee,65.76% of them have not special housing,61.96% of them have reading frames and 65.76% have free reading material for community residents.Most of the workers are volunteers,only 9.24% of them are doctors.Community health counseling provided services of measuring blood pressure and medical counseling.Conclusion Community health counseling spot is welcomed by residents.However,only perfect system and policy support can develop community health counseling spot.
