安徽省城市初中生艾滋病知识、态度和行为调查

Investigation of the Knowledge,Attitude and Behavior of AIDS among City Junior Middle School Students in Anhui Province

目的了解初中学生的艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为状况,了解以往开展的艾滋病预防健康教育活动效果,为开展学校艾滋病预防健康教育活动提供依据。方法采取整群随机抽样方法,在9个市的每个市区抽取1所学校,在初二年级中随机抽取6～8个班级,对所有到校学生开展问卷调查,每所学校调查400人。结果共调查初二学生3608人,其中男生1875人(52.0%),女生1733人(48.0%)。艾滋病8条基本知识的知晓率在35.0%～93.0%之间,艾滋病防治基本知识知晓率为50.3%;无偿献血知识知晓率为64.1%;艾滋病治疗知识知晓率为61.5%;美沙酮知识知晓率为29.5%;自愿咨询检测服务知晓率为71.2%;对有关艾滋病防治态度的正确持有率为81.6%;向周围的人讲过艾滋病预防知识的比例为36.7%,主要传播对象有朋友和同学。结论本次调查显示初中学生的艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为水平不高,亟待提高。今后将利用全球基金艾滋病项目以及中央补助项目为契机,加强学校艾滋病健康教育活动。

Objective To identify the levels of AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior among city junior middle school students in Anhui Province,and to know the effect of previous health education on AIDS prevention,so as to provide a basis for the development of the school health education activities on AIDS prevention.Methods By random cluster sampling method,6 to 8 classes of the second grade in junior middle school were selected from each of the 9 schools in 9 cities.All the students in the selected classes(400 people in each school) were investigated with questionnaires.Results Totally 3 608 students were surveyed with 1 875 males(52.0%) and 1 733 females(48.0%).The AIDS knowledge rates of the 8 basic questions ranged from 35.0% to 93.0%.The total knowledge rate of AIDS was 50.3%.The knowledge rate of voluntary blood donation was 64.1%,that of AIDS prevention and treatment 61.5%,that of methadone 29.5%,and that of HIV voluntary counseling and testing 71.2%.The right attitude to AIDS prevention and control hold rate was 81.6%.The proportion of people who have communicated AIDS prevention knowledge to others was 36.7%,most of whom are friends and classmates.Conclusion The survey showed that the levels of knowledge,attitude and behavior of AIDS were low among junior middle school students in Anhui Province.In the future,AIDS health education school activities will be strengthened with the help of Global Fund AIDS Project and the National Central Subsidy Project.
