摘要
目的研究上海报纸的糖尿病健康传播基本情况,为改进居民的健康信息获取状况提供依据。方法利用内容分析法对《解放日报》、《文汇报》、《新闻晨报》、《新民晚报》在2010年全部的糖尿病相关报道进行分析。结果都市类报纸要比党报的报道数量多;中、长篇报道是4家报纸糖尿病报道的主要形式;报道主要刊登在健康类专刊上;有关糖尿病预防干预的报道数量最多,糖尿病患者自我管理的报道其次。结论报纸越来越重视对糖尿病的预防干预以及自我管理方面的报道,但不同类型报纸报道内容的针对性应进一步加强。
Objective To study the basic characteristics of diabetes health communication in newspapers in Shanghai, to provide a basis for improving the residents’ health information access. Methods Content analysis was used to analyze all diabetes-related reports which had been published in Jiefang Daily, Wenhui Daily, Shanghai Morning Post, and Xinmin Evening News in 2010. Results The lengthy reports were the main forms of newspaper reports of diabetes, which were published mainly on the health special column. Reports about diabetes for prevention and intervention were in the largest number, followed by diabetes self-management. Conclusion The main stream newspapers pay more and more attention in intervention, prevention and self-management of diabetes. But targeted content in different types of newspapers should be further strengthened.
