Analysis of the Incidence of Malignant Tumor in 2006-2010 in Huating Town, Shanghai

目的分析华亭镇2006～2010年恶性肿瘤的发病情况,为制定和完善社区恶性肿瘤防治措施提供科学依据。方法统计华亭镇2006～2010年期间恶性肿瘤的发病资料,分别计算出粗发病率、标化率及各种瘤别的构成比。结果 2006～2010年期间,华亭镇新发恶性肿瘤的粗发病率为391.26/105,标化发病率为150.33/105,男女恶性肿瘤发病均呈上升趋势,其中男性的发病率明显高于女性,性别比为1.25︰1,但女性的上升趋势要高于男性。居前10位的依次是肺癌、胃癌、肠癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌、脑癌、甲状腺癌、淋巴癌、胆管癌。乳腺癌的发病居女性癌症的首位。65岁以上年龄段是该社区癌症发病的主要年龄段。结论华亭镇的恶性肿瘤发病率有逐年上升的趋势,社区作为疾病预防控制的网底单位,应根据社区的自身特点有针对性地开展肿瘤管理工作,提高社区人群的健康意识,建立健康的生活方式,关爱老人的健康状况及女性乳腺保健。这些也是社区肿瘤防控的主要方向。

Objective To analyze the incidence of malignant tumor in Huating Town, to provide reference for developing and improving the community prevention measures of malignant tumor. Methods Malignant tumor incidence data were analyzed statistically during 2006 - 2010 in Huating Town, to calculate the crude incidence rate, standardized rate and the composition of various tumor. Results During 2006 - 2010 in Huating Town, the crude incidence rate of primary malignant neoplasms was 391.26/10 5 , standardized incidence rate 150.33/10 5 . The malignant tumor incidence trend of both male and female is rising, in which the incidence of male was higher than that of female with sex ratio of 1.25︰1. But there is a tendency in the rising of incidence for female. Top 10 malignant tumors in turn are lung cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, brain cancer, thyroid cancer, lymph cancer, and bile duct cancer. The incidence of breast cancer for female lists in the first place. The incidence of cancer is mainly in the range of ages above 65 years old in the community. Conclusions Malignant tumor incidence rate in Huating Town has increased year by year. As the bottom unit, the community should carry out targeted tumor management according to the community 's own characteristics, to improve the community crowd health awareness, establish a healthy lifestyle, and care for the elderly health status and female breast care.
