摘要
目的了解杨浦区疾病预防控制中心青年职工的生活和工作状况。方法采用自编"青年职工生活工作状况调查表"和"总体幸福感量表"(GWB),对杨浦区疾控中心35岁以下青年职工的工作、生活状况进行问卷调查。结果总体来说,杨浦区疾控中心青年职工具有平均偏上的幸福感,男女职工的总体幸福感分别为(74.00±5.91)和(74.63±4.83)。在GWB因子分中,"对生活的满意度"方面,新上海人得分高于上海人(P<0.05);"愉悦的心境"方面,上海人得分高于外地人(P<0.05)。结论提升上海与新上海青年职工的幸福感,应注重人文关怀,多关注人际沟通、职业进取等精神层面的问题,以创建一个和谐融洽的社交、工作和生活环境。
Objective To understand the living and working conditions of young workers of Yangpu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Methods Survey was conducted on the living and working conditions of young workers (under 35 years old) of Yangpu CDC, with the self-designed questionnaire of living and working conditions of young workers and General Happiness Scale (GWB). Results Young workers showed the higher level of happy feelings than the general people, with the average happiness score of 74.00±5.91 of male workers and 74.63±4.83 of female workers. Furthermore, concerning various factors in GWB, new Shanghai people scored higher than the local Shanghai people in terms of satisfaction of living (P< 0.05). However, local Shanghai people got higher score on joyful mood (P<0.05). Conclusion In order to enhance the sense of happiness among Shanghai young working staff, the humanistic care should be focused on and paid more attention to the mental aspects in their interpersonal communication and occupational enterprising, and build a harmonious working and living atmosphere.
