摘要
公务员工作压力日趋凸显,如何针对公务员的工作压力实施有效的压力管理策略,构建心理疏导的长效机制,已成为当今社会亟待解决的一个实际问题。本文对公务员工作压力的影响因素进行分析,并针对组织与个人提出了压力管理策略,为公务员心理健康的维护提供保障。
Civil servants are undergoing increasing working pressure. It has become a practical problem to be solved urgently how to carry out effective management strategies to deal with their working pressure and build the long-effect mechanism against their mental problems. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of civil servants’ working pressure, this paper put forward pressure management strategies for the organization as well as individuals, so as to guarantee civil servants’ mental health.
