摘要 目的了解和掌握乡村医生的基本现状,探索转型中乡村医生的管理服务模式。方法以19名乡村医生和7名团队长为访谈对象,开展定量和定性相结合、个人和小组访谈相结合的调查。结果乡村医生年龄偏高、资质偏低、知识老化,村卫生室资源利用率低下,卫生室服务能力欠缺。结论应每年对乡村医生制定系统的培训计划,提升能力;改善待遇,稳定队伍,统一管理;制定个性化绩效考核指标。 Objective To understand the basic situation and explore the management service mode in transformation of the rural doctors. Methods Both qualitative and quantitative studies were conducted in 19 rural doctors and 7 team leaders. Results The age of rural doctors was older, their qualification was lower and their knowledge was stale. In addition, the service capability of the village health resource was limited. Conclusion In order to improve the capability of the rural doctors and stabilize the team, it is necessary to develop the annual systematic training program for the rural doctors, improve their benefits and implement the unified management. Meanwhile the personalized performance assessment is required.
