摘要
目的用营养干预控制社区中老年人的高血压。方法对血压处于临界水平以上的114位社区中老年人进行12周的营养干预实验,比较干预前后中老年人的血压变化。结果中老年人的血压水平明显下降,干预组的平均收缩压从150.70mmHg降到141.41mmHg,干预组的知晓率、治疗率和控制率都有不同程度的改善。结论社区干预可以有效地控制高血压,提高人群的高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率。
Objective To control hypertension among the elderly in Dachang Community by nutritional intervention.Methods A 12-week community-based nutritional intervention was conducted in 114 elderly whose blood pressure was beyond the normal boundary.Results The blood pressure levels decreased significantly,and the average SBP decreased from 150.70mmHg to 141.41mmHg in the intervention group.The rates of knowledge,treatment control of hypertension got improved in the intervention group.Conclusion The community-based intervention is effective in controlling the development of hypertension.
